Solar geoengineering is reckless. It comes with near-silent risks. E.g. potential effects on monsoons which are worrisome and not properly calculable.
I am extremely concerned about ocean acidification as a potential existential risk. Solar geoengineering would provide cover for us to continue to pollute the atmosphere and thus the oceans: reckless in the extreme.
