The fossil fuel industry and their allies use geoengineering and allied technological concepts today to distract the world from the one clear way to combat climate change: eliminating the combustion of fossil fuels. We know how to eliminate almost all greenhouse gas emissions, but industry continues to tempt our political elites with false solutions, such as geoengineering, to support their own short-term profits.
