I support the adoption of a ‘non-use agreement’, preferably imposing a moratorium that is not limited in time, on the implementation of all means of solar geoengineering, in particular because our international governance system, including international law, is not able to implement the use of solar geoengineering in a manner that would meet criteria of justice and democracy.
